Our Start

Our Mission

Joe started Villanueva Construction in 2014 after he realized working behind a desk wasn't for him.

With the help of some great friends and mentors, he pursued his passion for construction and began getting his hands dirty and learning the ins and outs of the industry.

Joe's journey started different than most other contractors. He used local resources such as the Assocition of General Contractors to take courses on various subjects to familiarize himself with industry standards and procedures. He started at the bottom and has worked tirelessly through self education and working hands on to provide a high quality product.

Our Mission

Villanueva Construction strives itself in providing the highest level of customer service, as well as providing their customers with the guidance that is needed to navigate through a custom project. We understand that there is a large emotional and financial investment when you want to make your dreams come to reality. It is our goal to make the process stress free and to leave you more than satisfied at the end of each project.
